I bought these gloves to protect my hands from my mandoline. I like that they're a good level of protection, machine washable, and decently comfortable and light. Make sure to size down! I sized up because I knew these gloves wouldn't be very stretchable and I wanted them to fit over other gloves. However, they ended up being too long on the finger and interfere with fine movement in the kitchen.
