These Schar gluten-free pizza crusts are one of the better gluten-free ones I've tried. It comes shelf stable individually packaged, and they are boxed well. You do have only a few hours to use it once you open the package, as it starts to turn hard as a rock. Once you put the toppings on them, they do start to break a little if you're not careful. All around they are a great gluten-free pizza crust.
