For efficient batch cooling or heating, rely on this Savage Bros cooling / heating table. This table boasts a fully stainless steel construction that will stand up to hot and cold temperatures without distorting. It features a 7 gauge, water-jacketed top plate that is safe for use with tap water or a water chiller. The water-jacketed design facilitates water flow and promotes temperature transfer to ensure even, consistent cooling or heating batch after batch. Plus, the bottom and top plate are welded together to prevent clogging and further maximize temperature transfer. With 3,260 sq. in. of surface area, this table is sure to get the job done!

This table includes 3/4" hinged slab bars around the top perimeter to securely hold product in place while it is being cut or prepared. A loose slab bar is also included to help you size smaller batches. The stainless steel legs feature leveling foot mounts to accommodate uneven floors and keep the table in place at all times. This unit is supported by a sturdy bracing system for added strength. For longer production lines, simply add more tables (sold separately) to complete your setup! Whether you're making brittle, chocolate, or hard candies, this table is the perfect addition to any confectionary operation. This item has a 3/4" NPT threaded pipe connection.
