Unfortunately this paper towel dispenser lasted only less than a week. As you know when you work in the food industry you dont alwasy have time to be unjamming towel dispensers. We unjammed it 3 times, then we gave up.
I contacted Webrestaurant and submitted pictures as proof.
San Jamar would not replace the dispensers as they said it was simply a jam and I could fix it. I have given up on the dispensers they are just there doing absolutely nothing because I will not waste more of my time or my employees trying to fix this.
Will definately NOT be buying San Jamar again.
