San Jamar SW1218SC Saf-T-Wrap Film / Foil Station with Slide Cutter and Label Dispenser

Have purchased two of these an very happy could not go back to standard boxes of cling wrap. Label dispenser is not necessary and we don't use it but still deserves its five stars.

I was tired of my Film and Foil boxes always getting torn up and looking gross in the kitchen. This was the perfect solution. The foil often falls back into the dispenser, that is my only complaint, but not annoying enough to go back to boxes!

I love everything about this plastic wrap station dispenser. The slider cutter is the most convenient thing ever. I am not really crazy about th size or bulkiness but it’s exactly as described.

The wrap station works perfectly as advertised. 1" date dot rolls fit nicely in the covered section, so they do not fall everywhere or get dirty from any flying debris. We do not thread the date rolls through the maze, but instead just open the blue cover to get what we need. And the marker/pen slots on either side are a nice addition. We use 18" wide film, and there are several notches to hold two adjustable pieces that act as end pieces to keep the wrap from shifting around inside. The suction cup feet hold the wrap station in place. The slide cutter is an awesome alternative to a cutter bar, although the slide cutter can come off and be replaced with a replacement slide cutter, or even a regular cutter bar if needed.

This Plastic wrap holder is great because it prevents you from cutting your fingers on sharp plastic wrap blades. It has two handles and suckers on the bottom to suction to the table.

Great product and really keeps things organized. We really only use this for plastic wrap on a wrapping station, so the suction cups are helpful. Not sure how well it would work for transporting, as it is heavy and large (easier to just use the original box of plastic wrap or foil if you are catering offsite).

Not sure how I feel about the dispenser. I loved the idea of this dispenser, but would've been great if the manufacturer had precise products they recommend to use with the dispenser. I had to blindly buy films and rolls, not being sure if they will fit, and even the manufacturer had a hard time telling me which products will work. The label rolls do not fit well. I had to remove 5 ft from each roll in order be able to use them on the dispenser. But once you figure out all of that, the dispenser is a great addition to the kitchen, and it's great it has the marker pockets, to keep them handy at all times.

Great product for the price. Much nicer and more professional looking than the regular wrap box sitting on the table. Suction cups at bottom keep it secure. Just don't put it on a glass top table. One of my employees did that and when she went to pick it up the glass came with it and then crashed on the floor. Otherwise, it works great and I highly recommend it.

These things are awesome! They hold all of our day dates and keep everything organized as well as making it easy to cut film or foil. We love these.
