We had this dispenser for several years and it was perfect for our shop. We had larger boba straws for milkshakes in this. It was nice to have for customers, held up very nicely. Our straws were wrapped.

The straws that were recommended with this product do not fit correctly. Loses straw functionality with wrapped straws. Would not recommend if you want wrapped straws. Difficult to open.
