San Jamar KLC28C Kleen-Cup Commercial Drink Mixer Sanitizing Cup

We have gone through several of these and every one of them has broken. The tiny little plastic pieces at the base of the cup meant to hold the tall brushes break constantly making it useless. The plastic "sleeve" should be much taller

Purchased and followed care instructions to the letter (removed brushes before washing, didn't even use a dishwasher). Within the first month of use the cup had cracked on the bottom and on the inside ridges that hold the brushes in place. Contacted Webstaurant on 8/28/14 and was told San Jamar would send a replacement unit ASAP. Didn't hear anything so we checked back in on 9/19/14, and a replacement unit was finally sent on 10/3/14. So while this took awhile I appreciate them replacing the cup without too much hassle. Unfortunately, the replacement Kleen-Cup suffered the same fate as the first. Cracked bottom, cracked inside, leaks constantly, all within the first 6 weeks of use. We've tried to hold it together using duct tape on the exterior but it's officially useless. Please note we do not make a high volume number of shakes per week, so I would say this received light to moderate use on a weekly basis. It's a shame because the idea for the product is great, but the execution and quality control is severely lacking.

Within 3 weeks of use, the bottom of the kleen-cup had cracked and was leaking, while the inner brush posts had rusted. It's easier just to use an extra milkshake cup for sanitation procedures.

I was skeptical about this, but really makes cleaning off your heads quick and painless. Saves alot of time when you need to do alot of shakes!

This dispenser has been perfect for sanitizing our shake machine bewtween uses. The brushes remove for easy cleaning at night. The brushes have also held up well over multiple uses.

This sanitizing cup really comes in handy for cleaning the spindles on our milk shake mixer. It makes clean up so much easier! Wouldn't dream of going without it now that I have used it.

I had this one for the house, my wife and kids love it. You know how hard to clean the bottom of the cup, this machine just makes the job alot easier. love it
