A Collins glass gives a slick, professional presentation. Much better to use this one for some specialty drinks that you'd otherwise serve in a rocks glass. A perfect classic cocktail to serve in this one is the Tom Collins.
These are perfect for serving Tom Collins and other cocktails - the opening is wide, not narrow so you can place a big ice cube before pouring the drink. But the lips of 9 out of 12 glasses I received have a very noticeable bulge where the seams meet. This actual makes the glasses look really cheap. Restocking fees are high to return this. So I am keeping them but we will not be using these to serve drinks to our guests. Customer service at Webstaurantstore is always flawless and helpful but for this product they say that this "bulge" could be a product feature. If that is so, please mention that in the description. How can that be a feature when it is not on all the glasses ? We haven't used them, so cannot comment about the overall quality.
