These catering trays are multi-functional and sturdy. They stack well and make for easy transportation. Even fragile canapes fare well in them. They are reusable - for me they are an all around win-win. I am definitely restocking them once I run out.
Very happy with these food transport boxes. They do retain some moisture but not a lot - just make sure your lid is secure on foil steam pan. Good quality cardboard transport box!

These boxes helped out so much! They didnt retain moisture hardly at all. There was some moisture but not much at all i was very pleased !!
