Made from 3-layer composite steel with a sleek, black powder-coated finish, this server offers durability and modern elegance. The exterior layer is made from 430 stainless steel, making it magnetic and compatible with various heat sources, while the core is aluminum for heat distribution. The food-grade 304 stainless steel interior of the pot offers corrosion resistance. Ideal for hotels, buffets, and catered events, it also comes with a stainless steel food pan to ensure temperature retention. This buffet server / induction chafer can be used with induction, ceramic, electric, and open-flame heat sources (sold separately) for versatile use. Please note that the included stainless steel food pan should never be used directly on an open-flame heat source.
Designed for front-of-house use, this buffet server features a glass lid with a sleek handle and a ventilation hole to release excess moisture and help prevent condensation buildup. The lid lifts off the server base, and its handle tip slots into one of the server's handle holes to keep the lid propped open, allowing you to showcase your enticing dishes and provide hands-free, hygienic service. Additionally, the convenient handles simplify transportation. Be sure to use this server / induction chafer on a flat, stable surface and add 3/4"-1 1/2" of hot water between the food pan and the server's base prior to holding food.
