Rich's Bettercreme Perfect Finish Vanilla Whipped Icing - 15 lb. Pail

My family was not a fan of this icing. I bought this icing to decorate my Grand daughter's cupcakes and the taste was awful. It left a greasy film in our mouth. It tasted like powdered sugar combined with shortening. Not sure if I got a bad batch. We were not a fan. I tossed the remaining product out.

Very smart and very great to work with great quality. It’s perfect to cover a cake with and put it in as a filling. I will not recommended to use it for flowers or 3-D objects on a cake.

We were thoroughly please with this whipped icing, not too sweet. Flavor was very light which is great if you want to add other flavoring. Overall it was good and saves you a lot of time. Also it was great for decorating, our icing rosettes held on pretty firmly and did not spread out.

Love this product. I only take out what I need, very creamy and is a great cake icing. The best part is your cake doesn’t have to be refrigerated depending on the filling. Very easy to work with and smooth.

This icing adds the perfect amount of sweetness to a cake without causing it to become cloying. It pairs very well with a sweet fruit filling (like strawberries and cream cake) or a dense chocolate filling. I was able to ice approx. 20 naked layer cakes (3 layers each). I was also easily able to color it with gel colors, even achieving very dark colors for a unicorn cake, without affecting the taste or consistency.

Great product. Makes cakes & cup cakes so much better. Mixes good with cake coloring for decorating cakes & cups. Will be ordering again in near future.

Can't go wrong with Richs Bettercreme. It is easy to work with and has a great flavor. This shipped icing comes in a very convient plastic pail
