Regency Single Aluminum Swinging Traffic Door with 9" x 14" Window - 36" x 84" Door Opening

Very thin, light door. Fine for our small cafe, but would not last very long in a full service restaurant. Mounting was easily done, but the hardware that comes with it was not what we needed.

Doors work perfect as described. Lightweight but not flimsy. Door has a very smooth swing action and is noiseless. Using for kitchen entrance area and very easy to install. Directions made it flawless.

Good looking door and works; however, does not swing very well. Stays open the majority of the time and has to be manually pull to. Light weight.

Good price for what it is, but definitely feels flimsy and cheap. We'll see how long it holds up, but the door serves its purpose.

Door is made of aluminum. The door is light weight but serves its purpose. Comes with all the necessary hardware to install. Handy man skills required.

This high traffic door is very flimsy to say the least. It a great price but its a cheap material. I feel like I need to replace this very soon. It works but it wont last very long.

Door Opening size listed was wrong so it did not fit with out cutting the rubber flap on the the edge down by almost an inch. Then when we first put it in 3 weeks ago it worked great. But in less than a week of use it now just sticks open and you have to manually close it. I guess you get what you pay for. But the sad part is now that I cannot get a new door as we had this opening made for this door per the specs and it is much more narrow than other single doors we saw were so now we are stuck with this. Very sad that we didn't get more use before it wore out.

This door was way too expensive for it not to swing back and fourth how it should. It didn’t even fit my door opening and I measured multiple times. I had to gets someone to shave down the door and still then it doesn’t swing back and fourth how it should smh! Do not buy

The door leaf is 36 inches, when you add the hinge part, you need a 37 inch wide opening. My finished opening for this door was exactly 36 x 84. I ended up trimming the rubber sweep in order to make it fit. Opening requirement should read 37" by 84". I'm giving it 3 stars because the information online is inaccurate. Otherwise, door is great.

Door is as described. It is very thin, about a credit card thickness. The side that has the hinges is thicker and at the open side it has a thick rubber gasket. The door is very lightweight and does not close as intended when you swing it open. We have spent countless hours trying to get the door to close, once you go through door, but it still stays open. We are a a lost on how to fix this issue. It is quiet and smooth when opening the door.

great door for the price. Very light weight which I like. Swings nice and very easy to install. I went with the light weight door because I had employee get her hand pinched in a heavy duty door.
