We keep our prep storage on this shelving unit and it is magnificent for our small space. Holds gloves, cutlery, cups, lids and to-go boxes and even has enough space for more. Very durable, very sturdy and doesn't scratch or dent easy. Does its job without any problem. Would recommend for any restaurant big or small.
These 18 gauge stainless steel shelves have compleatly changed my kitchen. i was able to sting two of them together and formed a shelf for spices and other dry goods above the line.

Like this shelf although it came with a few dents that I presume was from shipping, I was running out of room and had the wall space. Very easy to put together and put up.

I purchased 6 of these for are new store what a great deal easy to install and looks great getting ready to order more of these in smaller sizes
We bought a restaurant that had used plastic shelves in the kitchen for plates. They were bowed and warped so we needed an inexpensive fix to the problem. We added extra screws on the upper edge for support but now we have stacks of china and the shelves are holding up well.
