I buy these for personal use and i love them. Tender, not too hot and very flavourful. I put a few on my plate every time i'm having a sandwich or pasta. One gallon gets me trough about 2 months. TIP: When you finish the peppers, do not discard the juice. In the same jar I put a few thinly sliced cloves of garlic and 16 hard boiled eggs. 10 days later we have the best pickled eggs.
