    High quality and very fresh! I purchased this for making french macarons and it worked wonderfully. They rose perfectly and had a wonderful taste. Will buy again for sure!

    This is the highest quality almond flour I have used. It is very finely ground with few lumps and even those are small. It has worked great in all of my baking. Almond and coconut flour are the only flours I can use and this is by far the best. The price is the lowest I've found for 25#. I will definitely be reordering it!

    I was very surprised and pleased when I received this to know that it came from a famous brand name! There's comfort in knowing that it was made in a dedicated GF facility, glad to be able to use this for GF macarons.
    This product is super great love how the macarons came out definitely will recommend it to other people and will keep buying it. By far the best one I've tried.
    I was pretty surprised with how the almond flour was packaged. It's just basically in a bag in a box. I also notice that the price keeps going up higher and higher for this almond flour. There's really no difference when compared with another brand now that the price has gone up.

    The almond flour is extraordinary and is the perfect flour for creating our gluten free wedding tea cakes. The flour is very fluffy and incorporates well in to our batters.

    I love to make French macarons and almond flour can get expensive at the grocery store. This is a fantastic price and I'm pleased to report it's just as good of quality as the Bob's Red Mill or Simple Truth brands I used to get...in fact, it seems better, as there are even fewer specks of skin that make their way into the final product. It is only packaged in a plastic bag though, so I recommend moving it to a new container for longer storage when you get it. Also, keep it in the fridge if you're not going to go through it very quickly, because as a nut product it can go rancid when exposed to warmth and air for long periods of time.
    Almond flour is great to cook with. It does not matter what brand you use. This stuff is really cheap compared to what you get at local stores.
    My go to for making marzipan, because who has time to blanch almonds? Great quality product at an amazing price. Also great for making macarons.
    The quality of the flour it self and let’s not forget the reasonable price makes me a happy baker, I will be ordering more of this for sure!

    These are fine enough to make macarons. I've used many other brands but these are the best so far. Plus it's cheaper than any other brand!

    A great alternative for gluten free baking that tastes great. The almond flour is great and is really nice for making gluten free cookies and brownies.
    This almond flour is super fine; just as it states. There were minimal brown specks from the skin which makes for perfectly colored macarons! It does not have to ground any further for flawless use!
    I absolutely love using almond flour in gluten free baking. It gives a wonderful crumbly texture to cookies and a hearty texture to muffin recipes.
