This is something that we use for a lot of our dishes. I have bought this in the 5 lb. plastic containers and then this bulk version. Because the parsley is so light tranferring it into smaller containers ended up being a waste. The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the ease of use. I still buy this just in the smaller user friendly containers.
