I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.

This model features 2 self-closing, stay-open glass doors for efficient workflow in your prep area. The door designs also feature magnetic snap-in EZ-clean door gaskets, and interior lights with exterior controls. The glass doors let employees see inside to locate ingredients before they open the door. This results in shorter open door times and reduced energy usage. Inside, this refrigerator has 2 powder-coated shelves per door to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior.

This refrigerated unit is designed for durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior is made of anodized aluminum for the durability necessary for heavy, regular use.

This undercounter refrigerator is engineered to operate from 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit for NSF-compliant temperatures.
