Designed for high-volume bars, the Perlick back bar refrigerator is the perfect storage solution for bottled beverages. It's even approved for open food storage, making it great for refrigerating lime wedges, celery stalks, pineapples, and other common drink ingredients. Its spacious 24.8 cu. ft. interior has shelves to organize product and is illuminated by bright LED lighting. This lighting helps ensure quick product retrieval for fast bar service, even in dim ambient lighting.

With a stainless steel interior and exterior top and a black vinyl-coated exterior, this refrigerator is built to withstand heavy use in commercial environments. For interior access, each of the 3 doors easily swing open and seal shut to trap cold air inside. These doors also include anti-sweat heaters to prevent condensation from forming. Thanks to the included door locks, your pricey beverage collection will remain safe and secure during both business and off hours.

To create a cold, refrigerated environment for product storage, the unit features a 1/4 hp compressor that circulates R-290 refrigerant. This system maintains temperatures between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit for food safety and to make sure that bottled cider, beer, and other refreshing beverages are properly chilled prior to service. The temperature is easy to adjust and monitor using the simple digital control on the front of the unit. This refrigerator also has 2" foamed-in-place polyurethane Ecomate insulation, which adds structural rigidity and helps retain cold air. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 6' 5" power cord.
