Really pretty mold for custards and panna cottas but didn't work for us for cute little flower shaped cakes. We tried both regular and vegan and gluten free and the design just doesn't come through as sharply as we wanted then when you glaze it it just coats the entire thing and makes it look like a dome instead of showing the pretty petal details. Will use them for gelatin set molds but not for cakes in the future.
