These molds are super fun! They're better for setting panna cotta and custards than cakes because the design doesn't come out as nicely in the cakes unfortunately. We still have them and use them occasionally but I was hoping to get more use out of them over time. I'll use them more for custards and other gelatin set based things but not for cakes.
