Make sure your refrigeration equipment is maintaining the correct holding temperature with the Ranco A30-3924-000 equivalent thermostat.
If you notice your undercounter or prep unit isn't cooling down to the right temperature, you might need a new thermostat. This thermostat accurately senses the air temperature within the cabinet and adjusts the cooling cycles as needed. With properly functioning temperature control, your unit will maintain food-safe holding temperatures and also run more efficiently.
Dial Control and 32" Capillary
The 32" capillary senses air temperature changes and activates the thermostat. The dial allows users to control the interior temperature of the unit. Once the desired level is chosen, the thermostat will maintain the holding temperature inside the cabinet. The thermostat is a direct replacement for the one that came with select undercounter or prep units. Use it to replace a malfunctioning thermostat and keep your unit running like the first day you bought it!
