I ordered 100 lbs of Rainbow Nerds Candy Ice Cream Topping for our Store and did not realize we were out until last week. This is a very popular topping now. I placed the order and assumed the product was in stock as I needed it quickly. Just to make sure, I did an online chat with webstaurant's Customer Service Dept. Not only did she ensure the product was in stock but told me it should be shipping right out of their Louisville warehouse that day. I did a ground shipping and it still showed up only 3 days later. That was earlier then i had expected. All product was accounted for and we are back in business.
