The price of the case of artichokes was fantastic no doubt about it. I opened up a can of them and cook them in oil and garlic the way I like it and I couldn’t believe how hard they were and how tasteless they were they have to be the worst artichokes I’ve ever had in my whole life.

Excellent and a the best price I can find
After reading the reviews and making a purchase, we proceeded to incorporate it into our pasta sauce by dicing it further into smaller pieces and and boiling it to a good degree of softness. It has turned out to be great tasting and more economical substitute for the cauliflower we were using for our pasta sauce.
The quartered artichoke hearts are amazing for roasting and topping our pizzas. They also make the best artichoke dips when paired with parmesan cheese and spinach. We are very impressed with these canned artichoke hearts.
These artichoke hearts are such a great value. They're perfect on greek pizzas and to just snack on. There are soo many artichokes in this can and they have a wonderful flavor and texture.
Best price I ever saw on artichoke hearts, and I've looked! Simple artichoke flavor not hidden or obscured by needless seasonings... I can flavor my own if I want! Be aware, however, that so far, most of the chokes DO have, as others have mentioned, at least one tough leaf that really should have been removed before canning which makes eating in a pasta dish or the like a little "tougher" at times.
These are great for Artichoke Heart Salad. And the price for such a big can cannot be beaten, as far as I've seen elsewhere. Highly recommended.
