Disappointing Experience: Moffat E27M3-P Turbofan Failed After 5 Uses I recently purchased the Moffat E27M3-P Turbofan Single Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven with Mechanical Controls from Webstaurant, and unfortunately, my experience with it has been extremely disappointing. After only using the oven five times, the motor suddenly stopped working properly. This unexpected failure completely halted my ability to use the oven, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Despite attempting to schedule a repair, the process quickly became frustrating. The initial conversations were promising, but the subsequent handling of the situation by the service company left much to be desired. Excuse after excuse was provided, and as of today, my oven remains out of order. It's incredibly disheartening to invest in a supposedly new appliance only to have it fail after such minimal use. The turbofan oven was the perfect addition to our bakery. We have used it for several months for all sorts of breads, muffins, and cookies. Desserts of all different sizes and consistencies cook evenly and come out well. Would absolutely recommend this oven to anyone looking for a moderately sized oven and uses it frequently. Very easy to use.

We bought this oven 4 years ago and have had zero issues out of it. It always cooks perfectly and evenly. Fits large baking pans 18 x 24 with no problem and a 16 x 16 baking pan. Also I originally bought one that wouldn't fit through our door! (I had measured but the handle and knobs etc made it too small) and webrestaurantstore helped me get it exchanged super easily) Big fan of this oven and their service!! You wont be sorry with this oven.
