A little on the expensive side but we couldn't live without this strawberry puree. Sweet strawberry flavor without the hassle. Monin fruit puree's are an essential ingredient in many of our crafted beverages on our coffee trailer. This flavor allows us to do smoothies without having to deal with real fruit. The best part is no refrigeration required.

This stuff is amazing! You don't need much to add real strawberry deliciousness to anything. We use it mainly for smoothies and flavoring lemonade at our coffee shop. We do so many strawberry smoothies when the weathers nice, and people think there must be a ton of fresh strawberries involved. Great flavor, great price!
Absolutely the best puree ever!!!! Used for my strawberry cheesecake, delicious. Flavor was perfect, and guest loved them. Strawberries arentcreally on season and this added the sweetness needed without adding an artificial flavor. Will be my go sauce! Priceless??
