These buckets are great in every way except for the little hook for hanging it on the bracket. We've been through 3 buckets now in the last 18 months. At first I thought it was just that 1 bucket that was faulty. Then after the second, I thought maybe the staff was being too aggressive when hanging it up. But as I'm about to order our 4th bucket, I'm utterly confused about how this keeps happening. And there's not even a comparable alternative so I feel like I'm forced to continue ordering a new one every 6 months :/

Sturdy ice tote that holds a good amount and keeps ice from melting too fast. The handle feels solid and is easy to carry around service stations.

Great bucket for filling ice bins. Our's did crack a couple places, but it was after years of heavy use and abuse. Eventually the handle can loosen and come off too easily but that may have been caused by employees.

We use this tote often. It transports ice easily and quickly. The plastic of this tote is sturdy and heavy duty. We haven't had any issues with it busting.

Kind of feels strange to be impressed with and ice bucket, but my servers were all amazed by the multiple use metal handle, makes scooping ice that much less labor intensive, as you can hang it from the front edge of the ice machine itself!

These ice buckets serve their purpose well, they hold up well enough over time and with continues use. The only issue is that the metal holders have broken off.

Good size ice bin we used the mount to hang these ice totes upside down so theres never any standing water inside these bins. The hook on the side latches to our ice storage bin perfectly

Great tool for loading and unloading ice into my ice bins, cooling trays, and fish storage. The upside down hanging hook also keeps the tote really clean and dry for the next use.

The side bracket to hang on the front of the ice machine works great. There is a handle on the bottom of the bucket that helps with pouring ice out too.

I ended up buying an extra one of these, because I like how these store and also how it can hang on the ice maker machine. These are a nice color too!

Perfect ice bin! you can hang it on the wall, or hang it off the side of your ice bin while you are filling it up. It is lightweight, but extremely durable. This is the only brand I would use for my ice bin.

I hate that these are the "industry standard" now only because they crack or break very easily. Otherwise the built in hanger on the bottom and the handle that allws you to keep the bucket off the floor is ideal

I think that they intentionally make these so that they break easily. I've bought so many of these. The health department loves them and makes it impossible for the staff to nest them inside of each other.

Great ice tote. This tote is great to hang on the side of the ice machine and pour in ice as you go. Its safe and reliable. They do last a long time but after pouring heavy amounts of ice over and over they do take a beating. So replacing them once/twice a year is necessary. But San Jamar makes the best ice bins.

Do you scoop a lot of ice this is the best way to do it into this bucket it will save you a lot of time and just using the scoop this is the best price you can find it for online.
