Reviews for Mercer Culinary M15951 Combination Sharpening Stone - 400 / 1000 Grit

I am really happy with this mercer Combination Sharpening Stone. It is nice and compact, so it is easy to store, and it does a great job of sharpening.

Great stone. I am new to sharpening, but was easily able to reform the chipped edge of a Henkels knife, and bring it into good sharpness. The coarse side is good for removing material and forming the edge, and the fine side finishes the blade to decent sharpness. The rubber base is a nice touch, and the price is pretty reasonable!
