For certain baked goods that were drier, like sugar cookies, they came off of the parchment easily. However, anything else that had any sort of moisture (blueberry scones, for example) completely stuck to the paper and had to be scraped off. I would not recommend these sheets for anything other than the driest baked goods.

I haven’t been able to use the product as the 1st box came open with the sheets being exposed to who knows what during shipping, I didn’t feel it was safe to use. I just received a replacement shipment and the sheets are loose in a giant box that was mangled upon delivery. The 1st shipment was in the factory box at least but neither set is useable.

This is another Baker's Lane product that promises to be parchment paper when it's really just paper. It works for some products but anything that carmelizes a little bit just sticks to the paper. It arrived pretty messed up too, the whole box was crushed and all of the papers folded. I don't recommend Baker's Lane products.

way too thin, rips to easliy and is not even a little non-stick

I purchased this parchment paper thinking it was of good quality, but it is not. 9 out of 10 times when I tried to remove product from the pan the sheets tear, on all sides. This is the worst quality that I have ever used.

I wished I'd listened to the other 1 star reviews on this product, but I wanted to see for myself. I regret it. As with the other bad reviews, we have issues with products sticking to this parchment paper. One review said for dryer items, like cookies, they did OK and would release. We are a gluten-free bakery, and often gluten-free is a wetter dough or batter. I'm making do with these for certain things that will release without ruining the product, but I'm going back to my local supply store to buy the Quilon coated sheets that I've been buying for years. On those, I've actually been able to flip the sheets and use the reverse side when making my rolls. These are very much single use as they are thinner and become very crispy after baking. But just this morning my wife said she's been spraying the sheets to get the cookies to release. So we're done with these other than I'll use them for my rolls to use them up.

I purchased these to use for my bakery. Assuming they were good (because why wouldn’t they be?) I used them and ruined about half my orders for the day. Complete waste of money and ended up costing me so much more in time and sales. Would NOT recommend.

Works great for cookies. But it sticks terribly to sourdough and breads.

Beware- NOT suitable for bagels,breads, etc.Unfortunately, purchasing and using these parchment sheets cost me hundreds of dollars in lost product and hours of wasted labor. I do not recommend this product and wish I could give it zero stars. Never expected such a poor quality product to be sold at Webstaurant, especially given their description states suitable for a “variety of baked goods”.

We have loved using these convenient sheets. Some have commented that they cannot be reused for baking. We mainly use this paper for our tray bakes and roasted vegetables or as wrapping for artisanal bread, so we would never use a sheet twice anyway. It does well and the price is right!

We do not use this paper for baking, our products get stuck and peeling the paper off is just not worth it. We use it for lining the trays for displays at the market and lining the cake boxes. It works for those purposes well, although the paper is not traditional brownish kraft paper color, it has more mustardy yellowish tone to it, which is not very attractive, unfortunately. Earlier options for similar paper were more kraft brown color and was nicer background to various products. Price is reasonable though.

I purchased this because I thought having pre-cut sheets would help my workflow when making larger batches, rather than constantly tearing off a piece from a big roll and trying to make it fit without making cookies float. It does fit the pan almost perfectly, but I wonder if i ended up with an unbleached and uncoated set -- it soaked up fat like nobody's business and the cookies stuck to it worse than anything else I've used except for a bare pan! And even that might've stuck less. So I still had greasy pans after. The normal 2-pack of big rolls I get from a big box store doesn't have any of these problems, and it's really disappointing. The only reason this gets 2 stars is because using 2 sheets seems to stem the grease issue well-enough, and for puff pastry it did just fine with no stickage at all. But beware these for cookies or anything that leaks a lot of fat naturally as it bakes, or anything with a propensity for sticking!

These work just fine, stuff doesn't really stick but the paper does tear a bit sometimes. I don't personally love the bleached as much as the non bleached but the prices have just up so much that this a better deal.

We've been using these in our kitchen for some time and never had any issues. We do some baking but aren't a bakery - mostly use for ease of convenience/clean up when roasting.

These parchment sheets are my favorite to use when baking, we go through so many. We even use them to line our gluten free cakes for an easy release and they are perfect!

We have been buying parchment sheets from Webstaurant for several years. Lately we have been having issues with product sticking to the paper even when we spray it with baking spray. It started a few months ago about the same time the brand changed. Will not buy again until they figure this out. Also the method of packing and shipping seems to be all over the board. Sometimes they are in neat flat boxes, other times the box had opened and it is thrown into larger box were the paper gets crumpled and creased.

We were sent this item and it was sent in a huge box, and 50% of the parchment paper was unusable by the condition it was sent in. We order this product frequently, and it is usually sent in a fitting box. The way in which this was packaged and sent was completely unacceptable by what any reasonable customer would expect.. Hoping to get a response here and to have this item replaced or refunded.

Not eveven worth the cheap price. To keep product (bagels and cinnammon rolls) from sticking and being torn apart to get them off the paper, you have to spray with food release or use a lot of corn meal between the paper and the product.

I have always used the white parchment and never had sticking issues. I thought these would be the same but seeming more “natural.” They are not the same. EVERYTHING I bake on these sticks to it. I roll sugar cookie dough between them and it sticks to them! I’ve frozen sugar cookie dough between them and it sticks! I’m frustrated because I ordered two cases of 1000 sheets and as a home baker, I don’t use enough to go through them. I’m stuck with them. I do not recommend at all. I’m using them to line treat boxes and packing. Glad I have silicone mats to bake with. I can’t afford to buy the white sheets right now.

DO NOT BUY THIS! I have had to tear my bread off of this parchment, or better said, tear this parchment off of my bread, and then cut off what's still there! I had to put a full coating of different corn meal grinds, seriously, FULL COATING of finally TWO different corn meal grinds so that this parchment was, did I say FULL COATING? and then finally I could scrape the bread off from the bloody stuff, and it still was bad (thats PG for you). Save yourself! Its awful. God I wish I had taken a photo. If I can add one later, I will. I'll even sacrifice some more bread to show you. SERIOUSLY? Now I have to give it one star so that I can submit, warn you.

Apparently another user had a similar experience based on the reviews. This parchment paper sticks to sourdough like superglue. Unfortunately I can’t use this for half of my production needs and will need to find another parchment for my loaf pans.

We use these in our MerryChef oven to toast our sandwiches. They work as intended, but get crispier than other brands after being toasted. We wrap the sandwiches after topping them. This paper seems a little thinner than other brands, so it ends up cracking during the fold. I would like if they were a little more durable, but the price point keeps me purchasing them.

The brand I had before was Baker's Mark and worked wonderfully - this paper had my cookies sticking to the paper - flattened them out - it was horrible and I have a whole box of it now. Tried some with silicon coating and they worked perfectly - definitely get what you pay for when it comes to parchment paper.

These are perfect for our display trays for donuts. They are durable and easy to take out of the box when in a hurry. We will continue to order these!

Well worth paying the extra foe these versus the quilon coated ones. Everything slides right off and they can be used multiple times.

These parchment sheets are such a time saver! They fit perfectly on the bottom of a half sheet pan. The quality and price are very good.

I have been using quilon coated parchment sheets for years to bake sourdough. I ran out and restocked with this and it was a DISASTER. Every single boule stuck firmly to the parchment paper, destroying all my loaves. I am so upset! I Do NOT recommend!!!

Very good product

I use parchment to line proofing boards with bagels. I typically slide the bagels and the paper into the water bath when I boil the bagels, then fish it out after a few seconds once they release from the paper. Saves a lot of time by avoiding scrubbing out a corn meal sludge from the tilt skillet at the end of the process. This paper disintegrates within seconds. The last box I bought was Baker's Mark and not Bakers Lane. That paper held up, and I could easily pull out a full sheet of paper and not lots of small torn bits. So, for my use, this paper doesn't hold up. Now I need to figure out what to do with 975 sheets...

Great parchment paper for our baked goods. Unfortunately I bought the wrong size , next time I will get a bigger size. Precut parchment paper is so easy to bring out and put our goodies on .

I save so much time using these precut parchment sheets and I am sure I am wasting less because they fit my pans, without having the cut them. I am enjoying having them in my shop.

Product is high quality and easy to use. Easy dispensing makes it easy to handle while baking.

I love these things. Takes about 4 years to clear a box of 1000 of them. I had just folded them for half sheets and this time around I think I will custom make a cardboard box and set it on top of a full one and cut one whole box in half. I got 5 boxes which I think should last me 20 years.... Use the for every thing. You know when a person uses prachment paper is when their sheet pans have black edges and pretty clean bottoms! This help keep foot waste out of the dishwasher and makes clean up easy from everything from breads to bacon grease.
