We ordered Cambro 60CWD135 Camwear 1/6 Size Clear Polycarbonate Drain Tray for our breakfast/lunch café. We use these trays inside of 1/6 size food pans. These drain trays are lifesavers! Great to use with produce that produces a lot of liquids, like sliced tomatoes and pickles. They help keep ingredients fresher for longer periods of time.

This drain tray is excellent for filtering out watery foods such as tomatoes or scallops. It keeps solids fresh and not sitting in a puddle all day.

The drain tray keeps things remarkably fresh. With things like sliced tomatoes or fresh berries, their natural juices are easily drained out relieving them of spoilage.

The Cambro Drain Tray works very well to drain food that I use it for. Depending on the food and amount of liquid I need to drain, it sometimes is not high enough. It does work with the food that I need to drain.

I really like to use these when i store salad greens or herbs that needed washing; they allow your product to fully drain so it's not sitting in stagnant water.

I use this for all sorts of things from sourdough bread, to pasta to curing slabs of bacon. It's sturdy and easy to clean. Works very easy and does a great job.

These are a really neat little item to keep in your restaurant. We use it on the bottom of our cut fruit and they fit perfectly in our cambros.

The Cambro 80CWD135 Camwear 1/8 Size Clear Polycarbonate Drain Tray works great in my food pan. Its perfect for items like olives and pickles so they don't get soggy in the juices. The quality is excellent. This drain tray is definitely a great value.

We use these in our salad bars and they work great to keep the water off of the food. Chopped Tomatoes are wonderful in these!

These are great for fruit which are wet and you don't want to get soggy after sitting for hours. it sits up slightly off the tray to allow liquid to fall below.

I like putting these drain trays in all of my heavy liquid prepped items. i can then keep the product longer without the moisture wasting the bottom of the cambro.

Love these! We use them for all of our vegetables now to extend the life. Our staff do seem to lose/misplace/ throw these away a lot because they are so small and clear, but, they work well the rest of time!

This is a very convenient item to place in the bottom of a Cambro for items needing some slight drainage of liquid. Order extra - it's easy to accidentally toss out when emptying the food into the trash.

This product is great but I wish it would give me more detail description. I was looking for the unbreakable one. This one is breakable.
