We have been using this undercounter ice machine in our coffee shop for about a year and a half. I'm surprised how quickly it makes ice and has been very reliable. My filter did wear out after a year and I had to purchase a replacement. Very happy with this product which was about half the price of another the same size.

I've been using this machine for only one month with the manufacturer's recommended filter, and I still experienced this issue. It stopped working in the middle of my operation and left me stranded. I do not recommend it.

This was a great machine, until it wasnt. It made ice quickly and was pretty quiet. The bin did a good job of keeping the ice frozen. Used it daily for about 2.5 months and then it began to smoke and smelled like burning plastic. Thankfully customer service took care of us and we now have a replacement unit.

We've not had this unit long so can only speak to its operation over the last few months. We had our last ice make 9 years (seems like a miracle), and I do not have high hopes for longevity in this machine. However, the price point definitely makes it worth it. Every time I open the lid to scoop more ice, I'm tickled that it's still working. The interior light is a nice plus. The ice comes out in big sheets that we constantly have to bang with the scoop to break up. However, it fills fast. Would buy again (however, if it fails before a year goes by I would definitely revise this review).
We had just opened our new coffee shop with table-top ice machines that weren’t keeping up. We bought this, a bit nervously, hoping it could. Man! What a little workhorse! It only ran out once, on our busiest day ever...…the rest of the time it’s perfect. And it’s quiet! We can hear pics drop, but no loud humming like you hear with so many units. Almost a year in and it was a great purchase!
