I rarely write reviews - but feels necessary for this product. BUYER BEWARE, we bought 4 for our panini shops, all of which have had significant frosting problems despite playing with temp/defrost. Full ice blocks forming on evaporator coils, loss of thousands of sandwiches over the last two months of use. Very light/poorly built, the drawer seals are poor quality rubber with varied density that don't seat properly. Multiple drawer faces are mounted at offset angles from the face of the fridge where they can never make a seal even with a proper gasket - looks to be from sloppy drawer slide mounting. I've been maintaining fridges in our 8 unit regional operation for over 6 years and these are THE worst refrigerators I've ever seen

This is a work horse! We had this worktop fridge for 3 years now with out hick ups. Would recommend this to anybody.

What a complete disappointment! Initially after installing, the product could not lower the temperature below 46 degrees, even though the led read 38. I do not believe the compressor is large enough to even cool the unit. I emailed the warranty address as instructed per the virtual agent and no one responded after 5 days. Today, the unit quit working all together (10 days from purchase). I filed a claim online for warranty repair. Hopefully someone will respond. Never a again! Will stick with the overpriced name brands. We rely heavily on our line units, now we are using ice baths for our ingredients until someone make this right. Do not buy this unit! Complete Junk

4 months of used and it quit working, not cooling, I reach out to the 3rd party company, Avantco use for warranties and they don't have not one available to come until 2-3 weeks out. Stay away from this company horrible tech support.
