I've now had the compressor go out on two of these. One died within a month of ordering it and Avantco authorized Webstaurant to send me a new one. One I bought from Webstaurant two years ago just died today. I will never buy another Avantco.

We ordered this freezer and the first one that came never held temperature it would wildy swing from -5 to 50 back and forth all day. We tried to use the warranty and Webstaurant was able to send us a new one. That one last 4 weeks and is now also not holding temperature. So having to do the warranty process again. Save yourself the trouble and just pay for another brand.

Been using for a couple years and it works great !
This under counter freezer fits perfectly into the tight space we had to use. It quickly gets to temperature and has made serving residents a lot easier with us being able to have ice cream closer to the dining room. Staff love its versatility.
Great Product.Easy to move around.Cools fast and keeps temperature well.Reversal hinge available to make the most of of small spaces.Spacious inside with shelf and thermometer.
the under-counter freezer is amazing works so well to store my dairy. I used it for bakery store and it works great, highly recommend to other people who want to buy it.
