Product is not very good. Cable keeps burning out and shorting...have replaced lug nuts to porcelain, so they don't get as hot and burn the wiring. This obviously is a light duty heat lamp and I think the insulation was done poorly.

Easy to install and works as expected
Works great until it dies. Have had two die within a year and the warranty does not cover a year. Purchase with caution.

I have bought three of these products. First one was a 60" and the last two were 72". Both worked great for about 6-7 months then stopped working. Received replacements with both the same result. 1 year product warranty starts from your ORIGINAL purchase. A lot of hoops to jump through for the price. Just purchase a better unit and save yourself the headache.

Easy to install. Comes with everything you need to attach it to you equipment. Gets nice and hot and keeps everything hot and ready for service
Unit lasted almost exactly 6 months - we're a 7-day a week restaurant and this was probably meant for a lighter duty application. Worked well while it lasted.
Definitely great to use to keep the hot foods hot. Only problem is you will need to run another outlet which could get costly for this unit.
I was happy with this product and it did a great job. However it just stopped working today. I have had it for a year and a half, but I think that is still not long enough to suddenly stop working. My restaurant is open five days a week and only does breakfast and lunch so I do not think it was being over used. The other issue I have is that my only options now are to replace the item or have a service tech come out to look at it and possibly repair which will likely cost even more money.

Four stars because we haven’t used it much yet and don’t know it’s durability. Only downfall so far is that it is not meant to be mounted under a 48” shelf like we planned.
This heat lamp does the job! No more cold food leaving the kitchen. This is a must have piece of kitchen equipment. I highly recommend this product to any and every kitchen.
This product was horrible. Gets extremely hot. Very dangerous. I would not recommend this product at all. We had an incident where it nearly caused a fire.

This one has been working great ever since we had it installed. Keeps our chicken fresh and hot for the customers who haven't come to pickup their orders yet.
We use the larger one and didn't end up using this one. The only issue I have with these is that the "on" light isn't bright enough and it's been left on over night once or twice.
I liked this easy to use plug in warmer keeps hot food hot for up to 4-6 minutes without drying out or getting soggy, we use the top shelf to heat dinner plates as well great dual use heater.
We ordered for our upcoming restaurant. Seems to be nice, arrived on time as well. We would look forward to use it for our restaurant.
Not quite what we had hoped. Does a decent job of keeping food warm. Definitely not a work horse and we have had to replace it once but the price is right and it does a somewhat adequate job.
This is a powerful heat strip! However, what really impressed us was Webstaurant's service. When we had the switch break on it, we contacted them and they were willing to replace it no questions asked! It is that sort of service that makes it easy for us to choose to shop with Webstaurant Store.

We try not to hold food for too long, but these work well enough that they keep the food hot and fresh for long periods. They also get to temperature quickly.
