Knives are so flimsy that they could not spread cream cheese.

These forks work really well for softer foods, but they are quite bendy when used in a harder food. You couldn't use it for meat every well, but perfect for breakfast foods (that is what we use them for). If you are looking for a low cost utensil, this will work! If you want heavy duty - keep looking.

These knives are very flimsy and make it almost impossible to actually cut something even semi-hard with. I would recommend you spend a little more for the better quality knives.

I purchased 2 cases of the individually wrapped Choice medium weight knives. These are some of the worst flimsy knives that are not good for anything other than a piece of bread. I am the owner of a bar and grill and stuck with (2) cases of knives that can’t be used. I am very disappointed and buyer please be cautious in purchasing this product. This was a total waste of money.

We use these for salads. They work okay.l They bend and may break for our use. I recommend getting the heavy duty. There are heavy duty ones that work well.

A bit flimsy but these knives have a nice cutting edge and will get the job done in most situations. They were the best, most reasonably priced plastic knives we could find for our business.

These knives are like extra light duty, not medium. We got these for putting cream cheese on a bagel and can't do that at all. It just bends completely funny enough without snapping. You can bend the knife in half and it doesn't even damage it. It's as if these knives are made of rubber

We used this knife for a while because of its low price but had to switch due to its weak construction. It bends and warps very easily, especially in hot foods. I would recommend spending a little more on a heavy weight if you have the budget.

The medium weight knife is exactly what was expected, not the sturdiest, but not too flimsy either. I would go with this one if you don't want to spend too much and want something that will do the job!

We've been doing all of our food as carry out, so we've tried many brands of disposable flat wear. These are heavy duty and hold up well.

These Knives have been a real lifesaver during the quarantine. I don't have to worry about washing and spreading any germs. We simply throw away. They have been very convenient.

These things are garbage. They were cheap so I'm not even going to ask for a refund but I'm going to throw out the whole box. They're so flimsy I don't know if you could cut jello with it. And they're short. They look like they were made for children. Invest in a slightly nicer product for your customers.

The individual wrapped plastic is more cost efficient during Covid due to higher Demand for paper products, this way you only use the utensil needed for consumption.

I purchase them few month ago together with the forks. Not solid or resistant at all! I cut cinnamon rolls and the blade bended it and loose black plastic. I would not recommended!

The knives are pretty durable. You can’t beat the amount you get for the price you pay. They are not real flimsy either. I think they are worth reordering.

this fork is very handy you can easily carry it anywhere and once you are done eating you can just throw this away. I highly recommend this product.

I would classify this as a light duty knife. Bends and twists easily. Does not stand up to heat either. Disappointed in this purchase. Will purchase heavier duty next time.

These knives are pretty flimsy. I figured I was getting a sturdy product when I upgraded from the light weight, but it turns out that these are still really thin and don't hold up well to heat.

I buy these just to cut brownies. We like to have a smooth cut and these slide right through the brownie without ripping them up and making them look messy

Really poor quality, it is not medium weight at all. Very flimsy, do not buy! The Fork and spoon is great for the price but knife fell off the quality band wagon.

These medium weight knives are exactly what we were expecting. budget friendly and decent quality and you can't beat the price. we will definitely buy them again

These knives are a great value. However, they are definitely only medium weight and they are several packing defects (multiple knives in one wrapper, knives sealed in wrapper edge, etc) in each box.

Great price, but extremely light weight. These medium weight forks, spoons, and knives constantly break. If I wasn't such a cheapskate, I would buy the heavy weight.

Not the best knifes in the world. You can you use these to spread jelly and soft butter, but that's about it. Cant be used cut anything a real knife would.

These say medium weight, but they are extremely bendable. We ordered them for meals being served to construction workers, but they bend too easily to be used for anything except to butter bread.

i bought this knife for using at my hotel breakfast station but quality of this product is not so good to be used at hotel breakfast as the plastic quality is light weight.

These knives are the perfect choice for use in our county fair food booth. They are durable and can cut pancakes and hot beef sandwiches. We appreciate the affordability because then we don’t have to monitor how many we are giving out.
