Knives are so flimsy that they could not spread cream cheese.

These forks work really well for softer foods, but they are quite bendy when used in a harder food. You couldn't use it for meat every well, but perfect for breakfast foods (that is what we use them for). If you are looking for a low cost utensil, this will work! If you want heavy duty - keep looking.

These knives are very flimsy and make it almost impossible to actually cut something even semi-hard with. I would recommend you spend a little more for the better quality knives.

A bit flimsy but these knives have a nice cutting edge and will get the job done in most situations. They were the best, most reasonably priced plastic knives we could find for our business.

These knives are pretty flimsy. I figured I was getting a sturdy product when I upgraded from the light weight, but it turns out that these are still really thin and don't hold up well to heat.

I buy these just to cut brownies. We like to have a smooth cut and these slide right through the brownie without ripping them up and making them look messy

Really poor quality, it is not medium weight at all. Very flimsy, do not buy! The Fork and spoon is great for the price but knife fell off the quality band wagon.

Great price, but extremely light weight. These medium weight forks, spoons, and knives constantly break. If I wasn't such a cheapskate, I would buy the heavy weight.

Not the best knifes in the world. You can you use these to spread jelly and soft butter, but that's about it. Cant be used cut anything a real knife would.

These say medium weight, but they are extremely bendable. We ordered them for meals being served to construction workers, but they bend too easily to be used for anything except to butter bread.

i bought this knife for using at my hotel breakfast station but quality of this product is not so good to be used at hotel breakfast as the plastic quality is light weight.

These knives are the perfect choice for use in our county fair food booth. They are durable and can cut pancakes and hot beef sandwiches. We appreciate the affordability because then we don’t have to monitor how many we are giving out.

The knives are great for simple occassions. They worked best for soft butter and jellies. I would not recommend for peanut butter or stiffer spreads.

The medium weight white plastic forks work well for baked goods. They would not be recommended for things like steak because they are not quite sturdy enough for that.

We use these knives in our coffee shop for applying cream cheese to bagels; however I've noticed some bend in the knife, so I may consider a heavy duty knife the next time I order.

This is a good choice for lunch rooms as they are inexpensive. The only problem we have had is they are also very flimsy and cannot even cut butter.

I can't even do the math as to how cheap these are so of course they are a good value. Yes, they bend and are flimsy, but keep in mind which foods you are serving. They are fine for fruits and condiments. Go with heavy duty for other foods and meats.

A good value (as usual) but not, what we would consider, middleweight. We buy the same quality knives (in terms of durability) in packs of 400 at our local supermarket though we won't have to go shopping for knives for awhile now :)

Way too thin!!! The knife bend when you try to cut!!! Go with the next weight up or use your fingers ;) trust me you won't regret it

These medium weight plastic knives are a great fit for our breakfast bar. They are very durable and not cheap looking like most knives do. They work great for cutting toast, waffles and bagels etc.

Awful. I should have known by the price. These are NOT medium weight. They are LIGht weight. Great for spreading mustard and mayo on a sandwich but they won't cut ANYTHING! So far, we are now using them as coffee stirrers. No complaint against Webstaurant as one can tell from the price as to the quality. Because of the low price, I gave them a shot but they are of little value for my deli.

Great disposable knifes at an excellent price! These are perfect for picnics or to-go for your customers. They're sturdy and hefty enough to cut through foods without breaking.
