These knives are terrible. They bend so easily, you can hardly spread cream cheese on a bagel. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased 2 cases of the individually wrapped Choice medium weight knives. These are some of the worst flimsy knives that are not good for anything other than a piece of bread. I am the owner of a bar and grill and stuck with (2) cases of knives that can’t be used. I am very disappointed and buyer please be cautious in purchasing this product. This was a total waste of money.

We use these for salads. They work okay.l They bend and may break for our use. I recommend getting the heavy duty. There are heavy duty ones that work well.

These knives are like extra light duty, not medium. We got these for putting cream cheese on a bagel and can't do that at all. It just bends completely funny enough without snapping. You can bend the knife in half and it doesn't even damage it. It's as if these knives are made of rubber

We used this knife for a while because of its low price but had to switch due to its weak construction. It bends and warps very easily, especially in hot foods. I would recommend spending a little more on a heavy weight if you have the budget.

Very easy to unpack and customers love how durable they are and we also like that they are individually packed so it more sanitary. Great product

We've been doing all of our food as carry out, so we've tried many brands of disposable flat wear. These are heavy duty and hold up well.

These things are garbage. They were cheap so I'm not even going to ask for a refund but I'm going to throw out the whole box. They're so flimsy I don't know if you could cut jello with it. And they're short. They look like they were made for children. Invest in a slightly nicer product for your customers.

The individual wrapped plastic is more cost efficient during Covid due to higher Demand for paper products, this way you only use the utensil needed for consumption.

I purchase them few month ago together with the forks. Not solid or resistant at all! I cut cinnamon rolls and the blade bended it and loose black plastic. I would not recommended!

this fork is very handy you can easily carry it anywhere and once you are done eating you can just throw this away. I highly recommend this product.

I would classify this as a light duty knife. Bends and twists easily. Does not stand up to heat either. Disappointed in this purchase. Will purchase heavier duty next time.

These knives are a great value. However, they are definitely only medium weight and they are several packing defects (multiple knives in one wrapper, knives sealed in wrapper edge, etc) in each box.

These knives work ok for spreading but wouldn't recommend for cutting purposes. I would use a heavy weight one for anything requiring to be cut. They are inexpensive and work for what we use them for.

These are a little too light weight unfortunately, but they look wonderful and the packaging is a plus. For softer food options (like baked goods), these would work perfectly. For more “real” food, we found them to be too light weight.

Great for light duty applications. Not heavy duty but it works ok for light weight items, spreading jam, etc. You would want something heaver for cutting meat.

These individually wrapped plastic knifes are a great product. Customers love the sanitary option and the price is exceptional. Very good response from the Health Department on these as well.

These white medium weight knives are great for cutting softer foods, as they are not as heavy duty as other forks. I highly recommend this item because it is a great value for a case of 1000.

Just received our knives today and the quality of them is great. The price is very reasonable and the fact that they are individually wrapped is a plus!

This knife does feel like a medium weight knife compared to other brands and does the job well. I will be ordering them again, but in the smaller case.

These are medium weight so you're not going to cut steak with them, but you can cut softer things or spread condiments. Good for use in concessions or catering.

Nice how these are individually wrapped so you can leave them out without any worry about contamination. A little bendable but good for cutting light foods.

The previous knives we used were very flimsy and had no real cutting surface. These are much better than what we have had and I will definitely purchase again.

These knives say medium weight and will work well for picnics or general take out applications, however they don't have much strength for cutting food. Simple peanut butter or jelly spreading is about all these can handle. Heavier weight knives would work better for most applications.

The medium weight is great in most any situation. It would probably not work too well for steak or pork but I would recommend these in any other situation.

You get a lot of knives for a good price! They were packaged nicely and some even came with two knives so it's like winning the lottery! We don't go through a lot of knives so I still have more than half a box and it's almost been a year! None of my customers has ever complained about them yet, which is good.

Good knife for spreading butter and cream cheese. Anything more than that and I'd get the heavy weight plastic knives. We use these in our bagel shop with no complaints from our customers.

Has teeth on it and it cuts quite nicely. Quite sturdy for medium weight. We have never had a complaint from a customer about this knife.

these plastic knives are great for basic tasks. maybe not for fine dining, but great for cafe lunches. the pricing on these things is great

Just like the knives you get from the food company but considerably cheaper! The forks are packed so well on this case that the box is considerably smaller than most the other brands I've bought!

These are nice to offer with takeout orders!! Very inexpensive way to have a knife for soft foods!!! Not meant for heavy duty tasks but gets the job done!!!
