Could not obtain a CofA for this material, would only supply for 50 lbs bags (which they do not even sell). Bags were filled with contaminated particles of who knows what, all different colors and shapes. This sugar was a nightmare to work with.

This is just regular granulated sugar. It’s nothing out of the ordinary, but it works well like you expect from sugar and you know what you are getting.

My first time trying this sugar and I will be re-purchasing when I run low. I was pleasantly surprised at the results, and now I find myself using it a lot more than I thought I would. I really like the taste and consistency of the glazes and icings I make when using this sugar.

Great icing sugar but impossible sugar for fondant since there is no cornstarch in it the marshmallow fondant stays stretchy instead Recommended for whatever you are using it for.

We use the Set & Match Confectioners Icing in our donut glazes. It is a very good product and does set up quickly, do make sure you sift before hand as it can clump easily. I am very happy with this product and will be buying more.

We've been ordering this for over 3yrs now. The last couple times we've received it, it has been one solid block, hard like concrete and turns to powder when it can be brokern up. Hipefully there is a way to recieve this a little fresher?

I do like this brand, used to be every once in a While - much more so often, there will be boulder sized chunks in these packages - makes us add a step when wanting to use it as we need to break it down. Packaging/shipping can also be better - sometimes there’s tears

I use this powdered sugar in my buttercream for my sugar cookies and it’s great. Sets up very smooth. And is easy to work with.

Ordered this item 3 different times. FED EX delivery never arrives. CHAT with Webstaurant Customer Service who says they dont ship with any other carrier. FED EX has lost or not delivered at least 5 different orders. Webstaurant offers me a credit and reorder...still wont receive my items. Customer Service is horrible.

Excellent quality and quantity for such a low price! This is a whole lot of sugar. Canned in mason jars and vacuum sealed for long storage and to prevent any unwanted critters in my pantry.
