ADM cake flour is great! We use it mixed with our special patent flour for our cookie doughs and quickbreads. The 50lb quantity is perfect for our needs and we stored them in big bins we also bought from Webstaurant as well that hold a full 50lb bag of the flour.

Perfect for baking and the package arrived earlier than expected! The box was damaged that it came but the product was perfectly fine. I am excited to snag such a great deal.

This is a very lightweight flour that gives a “wedding cake” type consistency so it would probably work best if you’re preparing something like that. I haven’t tried it in a lot of other recipes so I can’t speak to that, but what I have made tasted as good as any bakery.

This cake flour is pretty good. It performs as expected. The only reason I'm not rating this product 5 stars is the packaging. Some flour was lost to the packaging as it seems as though way too much glue was used to seal the bag and about a pound of flour was stuck and mixed into the seal.

A nice brand of high ratio cake flour that makes the fluffiest sheet cakes ever. A great item and perfect for our bakery and bagel shop.

High ratio cake flour is not always the cheapest, but it is something that you can not skip out on. We love it and have it in all of our restaurants.
