Prince Castle DHB-P1A Details
Ensure you're always serving your patrons your best food with this Prince Castle DHB-P1A open cavity dedicated holding bin. This unit offers exceptional Reli-A-Temp infrared heater technology, which spreads heat evenly over food and prevents edge drop-off. This technology keeps food at proper holding temperatures without overcooking it. It has adjustable upper and lower heaters for maximum versatility and it tracks hold times so you know when to discard old product. You also have the ability to program up to six different menus with the MenuTrak food supervisory system, which also helps you identify where each food is located within the bin.
This unit features two cavities that hold (2) 1/2 size sheet pans (sold separately) on each shelf for a total of four pans. A pass-through design allows food to be accessed from both sides of the unit, making service especially easy for your staff. Both the top and bottom heater have a range of 150 to 275 degrees Fahrenheit, making this unit great for holding even sensitive food items like fried foods, hamburgers, or grilled chicken. This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation and has an output of 3300W.
