Keep water temperatures even and reduce evaporation from sous vide cooking thanks to this Breville Commercial P83LCHD Dual Chef Series 18" x 26" clear polycarbonate lid. It's designed to fit on your 49, 64, or 83 liter Dual Chef Series tank. This lid allows you to still keep your Dual Chef Series immersion circulator (sold separately) mounted to the side, but it seals in the rest of the open space on the top part of the tank.

Made from durable polycarbonate material, the lid is sure to provide reliable and long lasting use for your commercial establishment. Plus, since it's clear it offers optimal product visibility so you and your staff can see what's being cooked at a glance. When you're finished using it, this lid is also easy to clean and maintain for future usage.
