For commercial sous vide cooking, start with the Breville Commercial 7306AC2D5-S45 45 liter sous vide Professional Classic Series integrated bath system. This system features an all-in-one design with a 45 liter double wall stainless steel tank and a control bridge that maintains temperatures within +/- less than one degree Fahrenheit. Reaching a maximum 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the system reduces evaporation and heat loss with insulation and an integrated bath cover. This unit circulates up to 12 liters of water per minute and features an adjustable 2 speed flow rate; simply switch between the high and low settings for ultimate cooking control. Insomuch, it delivers superior temperature consistency through pump flow regulation to cook food to perfection, whether tender spears of asparagus or hearty cuts of beef.

Temperature consistency makes this sous vide Professional Classic Series integrated bath system great for any foodservice facility focused on achieving perfect results every time. With just the right time and temperature combination, your menu has never been easier to prepare!

To simplify operation, the unit includes an auto-restart feature and a high-grade stainless steel heating coil and pump. These heavy-duty components help reduce maintenance and optimize longevity. Plus, at the end of the day, the system is easy to clean with a front-mounted drain valve. The control bridge is also removable, allowing you to clean the tank while preserving the integrity of the control panel. This system requires a 230V electrical connection for operation and is for use in North America only.
