The Perlick FR60RT-BS-STK 60" black glass froster adds compact convenience that's perfect for any bar, pub, hotel, or night club. Its 15.53 cu. ft. interior holds up to (400) 9 1/2" diameter, 1/2" thick plates or (286) 3" diameter glasses. This relies on the use of 2 optional shelves (sold separately). If using 3 optional shelving (sold separately), the glass capacity increases to (363) 3" diameter glasses. Floor racks are standard.

With a stainless steel interior and exterior top and black vinyl-coated exterior, the froster is built for heavy-use commercial environments. It even features 2" foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, which has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) and global warming potential (GWP) of 0; this insulation adds structural rigidity to the cabinet and helps retain cold air for energy efficiency. Two heavy-gauge doors slide open to provide interior access and quickly slide shut after use. They're dent-resistant and each outfitted with a reinforced mullion, which prevents bending and sagging. Plus, the door frames each include a heater so that the doors always slide easily.

A 1/3 hp refrigeration system circulates R-134a refrigerant to maintain temperatures between -10 and 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The thermostat is adjustable within this range and is factory-set at 0 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent interior ice build-up, the unit is built with a 6-hour manual defrost system and a 4-hour automatically defrosting evaporator. The froster boasts an easy, plug-in installation and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation. The condensing unit is found on the bottom left side. No condensate plumbing is required.
