Just because your customers don't want caffeine jitters doesn't meant they want to settle for coffee with flat flavor. Deliver the best of both worlds with this this PERC Colombia Huila decaf whole bean coffee! This single origin coffee is sourced from the Huila region of Colombia and is made up of Castillo and Caturra coffee varietals. This coffee is grown at 1,600 meters above sea level in a cool mountain climate that's perfect for cultivating unbeatable coffees! This coffee is decaffeinated with the EA sugarcane process. This decaffeination method involves using naturally derived ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane to gently wash away caffeine while preserving the flavor compounds of the beans. After they're decaffeinated and dried, PERC roasts these Colombian beans to a medium roast level to bring out their depth of flavor and add rich roasty notes to their profile. The final product is a superstar decaf with all the coffee flavor your customers crave, but none of the caffeine! This full-bodied brew has rich notes of graham cracker, Brazil nuts, and cashews with hints of vanilla, toffee, and chocolate sweetness.

These coffee beans are left whole, allowing you to grind them as fine or coarse as you want to suit your menu's needs. PERC recommends giving this coffee a medium grind for both drip coffee and espresso to really let the beans' character shine. This super versatile coffee is great for a variety of prep methods! To really highlight its full body, try preparing this decaf coffee in an AeroPress to capitalize on its depth and complexity. It's also great for pulling espresso shots loaded with caramel sweetness! Serve this decaf espresso black or use it to craft creamy barista drinks that customers won't be able to resist snapping photos of. It's also great for making pour over coffee, whether you prepare it in a single-serve pot or in your commercial brewer. Whether your customers are looking to cut out caffeine entirely or are just craving an evening coffee that won't keep them up at night, this Colombia Huila decaf is just the ticket!

Let's spill the beans on PERC Coffee - it's not your run-of-the-mill joe. This Savannah, Georgia-based company started as a 2-person roasting operation in 2010 and quickly grew into a tight-knit team of coffee devotees. They're all about the farm-to-cup journey, sourcing top-notch beans straight from the growers, and giving you that caffeine kick with a conscience. Plus, they're invested in small-batch roasting, making sure your customers get that "ahh, this is amazing" moment in every cup.
