Details

Put your customers on to their new favorite espresso by adding this PERC Brazil Juggernaut whole bean espresso to your menu! This single origin coffee is sourced from small farms in the Minas Gerais region of Brazil, and is made up of red and yellow Catuai coffee varietals. These coffee beans are grown at 1,200 meters above sea level in a cool mountain climate that's perfect for cultivating unbeatable coffees! After they're harvested, these coffee beans are natural processed with the cherry intact to add dimension and body to their flavor profile. PERC roasts these Brazilian beans to a medium-dark roast level to prep them to create the perfect espresso shot. The final product is an espresso with a sturdy body that's not too dark! Its flavor profile includes notes of vanilla and brown sugar and wraps up with a rich chocolaty finish that will have your customers craving another cup.

These coffee beans are left whole, allowing you to grind them as fine or coarse as you want to suit your menu's needs. Because it flows more slowly than other coffees, PERC recommends giving Juggernaut a coarser grind to start so you can really let the beans' character shine. Juggernaut is designed to pull world-class espresso shots and that's exactly what it does! Whether you serve it straight or use it to craft trendy barista drinks, this espresso's flavor is sure to knock your customers' socks off. If espresso isn't your thing, these beans are also perfect for creating AeroPress coffee to really highlight their full and deep body. Juggernaut is a great choice for crafting thoughtful espresso drinks that stand out from the crowd!

Let's spill the beans on PERC Coffee - it's not your run-of-the-mill joe. This Savannah, Georgia-based company started as a 2-person roasting operation in 2010 and quickly grew into a tight-knit team of coffee devotees. They're all about the farm-to-cup journey, sourcing top-notch beans straight from the growers, and giving you that caffeine kick with a conscience. Plus, they're invested in small-batch roasting, making sure your customers get that "ahh, this is amazing" moment in every cup.
