Maintain accurate temperatures for your cooking equipment with this PECO Control Solutions TC125-025 regulating thermostat with 36" capillary. Ideal for use with pilots and low voltage applications, this thermostat has a hermetically sealed switch that makes it perfect for use in environments that need to be resistant to contamination. In a millivolt thermostat, temperature is measured with the expansion or contraction of fluid that activates a sensor to cut power on a heating device, preventing overtemperature incidents and increasing energy efficiency overall. When the temperature drops and the liquid pressure changes, the sensor reverts to its original position enabling heating or cooling to resume.

This thermostat is designed to accommodate 1/4" NPT fittings and includes a stainless steel sensor bulb compatible with temperatures ranging form 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Its multi-positional design allows for proper placement in your application whether you are working with existing equipment or installing something new. The included 36" capillary line provides the flexibility to access your desired position with ease.
