Able to connect directly to drain hookups and dispense hot water without an attachment to plumbing, this adaptable unit is perfect for classrooms, healthcare facilities, and temporary food preparation areas. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, making it ideal for locations where access to a restroom is either limited or unavailable. Plus, this unit's wheeled base includes (4) heavy-duty 5" locking swivel casters, allowing for seamless transportation between events.

With its commercial-grade 5-gallon freshwater tank and commercial-grade 7-gallon wastewater tank with shut-off connection, you can easily set it where you need, fill it, and get back to running your event with minimal effort. The freshwater tank has an Easy Connect cap for quick removal and the wastewater tank features a dual drain trap to prevent smells. Additionally, the external wastewater exit hole provides an alternative draining solution with a 3/4" hose thread.

This self-contained sink has a durable and easy-to-clean type 304 stainless steel body and basin construction for added corrosion resistance. The flash water heater has a thermostat that is adjustable from 110 - 117 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, the hot water heater is contained in a corrosion-resistant tank. It also has a replaceable heating element. This unit provides approximately 64 hand washes on a full tank.

The included 150 PSI water pump features back flow protection and automatic demand that doesn't require priming. A manual soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, GFCI electrical outlet, and 10' power cord are also included. The lockable stainless steel cabinet doors house the tank system, giving the unit a clean, professional look that your patrons will appreciate while providing optimal safety and security.

A deck-mounted gooseneck faucet with long paddle handles provides excellent reach and clearance, keeping hands away from any germs in the basin. The 14 3/4" x 23 3/4" basin has a seamless, deep drawn bowl that is 5 3/4" deep and easy to clean. This unit also includes a splash guard to prevent messes. This unit ships fully assembled and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
