Pancake & Waffle Mix 5 lb. Bag

This was an easy mix however it just did not taste good. There is a huge imitation flavor plasticish vanilla scent and it was a big turn off to many that we served. Pancakes were fluffy but just not tolerable taste wise. I would not recommend this to someone used to home made pancakes or pancake mix from the stores.

I bought this for my family go 8. The bags may have changed, but back when I ordered, there were only instructions for the entire bag. I guessed as to ratios for smaller and it turned out ok. If it had smaller sizes as well, would be 5 star

I will say that when I opened my box, I was slighltly disappointed that the bag this product came in had ripped open. Thankfully the box was packed tight and I did not lose much mix. Great tasty product also great for fried oreo breading!

What a great pancake mix. I find it so easy to use and the price is definitely right. They are very light and puff up nicely. Add a dollop of butter and some local maple syrup and nothing could be better.

these are great for both pancake and waffles, the directions need to be tweaked slightly for smaller batches but I can't complain, easy to use and taste is good

I am sorry to say but I didn't really like this pancake mix. My pancakes came out very flat and somewhat gummy. I have tried most of the pancake mixes out there and this is usually the case though - I think perhaps that's the way people prefer it. I like my pancakes thicker and more cake-like, so I tried adding cake flour to this mix (along with buttermilk) and that seemed to help.
