Panasonic SR-2363Z 35 Cup (20 Cup Raw) Rice Cooker and Warmer

Stay away from this rice cooker. The heat element doesn't work to cook the rice during the first use after receiving it only 4 days. Contacted CSR, and she told me to contact manufacturer to send it back for a repair. Bad customer service because I just got it 4 days ago, and it was the first time using it.

Works well but after four months of use is dead. Will not turn on.

Best electric rice cooker for small to medium businesses. I have use this brand and model for more than a decade and will not use anything else.

This is by far the best cooker we have had it lasted a few years. We cook about 25lbs during the week and 30lbs to 40lbs on the weekend. We have 2 different cookers and this one was old reliable until it finally went out. I definitely got my money work.

This thing is pretty friggin awesome. I've thrown white, brown, and mixed wild rice in here, and it always cooks it just right. I add a touch more water for anything except white rice, and it comes out perfect!

We've gone through a few rice cookers. This one was the best. Great for the price. Rice starts to get pretty sticky and a little burnt after 3-4 hours, but still pretty good overall.

If you're making large batches of rice - buy this rice cooker. Easy to use and clean, makes great rice every time. Much better than stovetop cooking.

It cooks rice like a rice cooker should. However the button broke two days after we received it and we are still waiting on the replacement.

This rice cooker is great. We use it all the time to make large batches of rice for our hot foods bar. It's actually bigger than we really need but we know it's there as we continue to grow.

This rice cooker is magnificent. It can cook 23 cups of raw rice which is plenty... Especially at this price. Plus, it only takes 30 mins!

You can not beat the price for this nice large capacity rice cooker. It is perfect for large batches of white rice. Easy to flavor the rice as you cook it.

I use this Panasonic rice cooker at home to make cooked rice. It is very nice and worthy rice cooker in my opinion, I did research and found that it would be perfect for my needs. I did not wanted to buy some cheap no-name rice cooker, so I went with this Panasonic and have no regrets about it.
