Create beautifully unique works of art with this Pacon 58520 Spectra 12" x 18" assorted color 10 lb. tissue paper. With a variety of vibrant, bold colors that blend when moistened, creating exciting artwork while expressing individuality is easy! To use, simply wet with a brush or by spritzing and wash the colors onto the paper, or overlap 2 colors to watch them blend. Additionally, glue can be added to the water to create a multi-layered effect.
