These make great hand towels or you can use them for working outside in garage. They come in a 12 pack so good deal for the price. The softness is average they are not super soft or rough so about medium for softness. Just a heads up on these I did order the blue ones and received this color so you may not get the color you order but they are nice hand towels regardless of which color you get.
